- Spin Coater for thin film deposition
- De-ionized water setup for substrates cleaning
- Surface profilometer for thickness monitoring
- Ultrasonic bath for substrate cleaning
When I glanced over the content, I just can not understand what it is needed to be cleaned. So I guess if it is the ultrasonic anilox roller cleaning machine. I replied to the email and send the video link of the ultrasonic anilox roller cleaner.
Recommend What Kind of Ultrasonic Bath
Several minutes later, I got a reply again. But she didn't check if it was the machine I mentioned. Instead, she still let me suggest the model of ultrasonic bath for substrate cleaning. I thought and thought again, and I checked what the definite meaning of "substrate" is. But the only point I can get is that it is something like an oil stain. If I can not make sure what the stain is, I really can not suggest the appropriate ultrasonic cleaner for her.
Check Ultrasonic Cleaner Application
In the following email, the customer still didn't tell us what it really was. She just said their customer provide the application. What specific application? no idea.
So I replied the email again like this below:
So sorry! Could you please ask the customer about what is the specific application of the ultrasonic bath?
- If the item is small, you may suggest the 6L-30L digital ultrasonic cleaner for them.
- If the item is big, you may suggest the 100L-500L industrial ultrasonic cleaner for them.
Because there are too many volumes of the ultrasonic cleaning bath, I can not suggest which one is most appropriate for that. Besides, we can not make sure what the specific substrate is. I guess it is something like an oil stain, right?
Please kindly make sure these questions with the customer! It is really important so that we can suggest the best ultrasonic cleaner for the customer.
